In Mark Batterson's best selling book "In A Pit With A Lion On A Snowy Day" I was reminded of a simple truth that is often forgotten. Mark writes,"God wants you to get where God wants you to go more than you want to get where God wants you to go".
Step back from all of the rush of the day and just reflect on that sentence for 10 minutes. This is a powerful thought that should help us to see that things in our life do not happen by chance.
We have hope. We have a purpose. We have a destiny.

I really like this post. Very thought provoking. Ironically, in the past month I have been "soul-searching", asking God to reveal my true purpose. I do often ask myself once my "purpose" is known, will I be able to live up to it?? Hummmm... this is my prayer!!!
